OUR STORY & HISTORY
RASCO was founded in 1989, and was registered in the Central Tender Committee in 1989. following strong penetration to the Kuwaiti market, RASCO proceeded to offer a different set of services in the field of electromechanical works. from then on, RASCO vigorously carried out hundreds of projects in HVAC, Electrical works, ventilation, plumbing, firefighting, and mechanical works; from residential projects all the way to gas stations. RASCO continued to build client relationships & loyalty over the years, including the strong confidence of major entities both in the private and public sector in Kuwait and the region. RASCO continued to expand their services to provide comprehensive general contracting services in order to expand the company’s activities and reach the market. Due to RASCO’S strong accreditations, classifications, financial stance, and vast expertise, the company is qualified to pursue some of the largest projects and tenders in both the private and public market. RASCO’S general contracting services vary from preparation, feasibilities, due diligence, infrastructure works, architectural works, civil engineering, interior design, all the way to design & build turn-key projects. NEW KUWAIT 2035
With the launch of the ”New Kuwait 2035” vision, alongside the rapid growth of the private sector, comes a significant growth in the general contracting & electromechanical market in Kuwait. With the new vision in mind, the Kuwaiti government will continuously tender numerous major projects requiring entities such as RASCO with high expertise to bring forth their services in regards to construction, General Contracting, HVAC, and Electromechanical Works. The new Kuwait 2035 vision preparations and projects in the pipeline are valued at approx. Usd 35 Billion.
Some major projects have already launched, such as: the new Kuwait International Airport, Shaikh Jaber Al ahmad Al Sabah Causeway Bridge, Al Jahra Hospital, Jaber Hospital, residential areas, leisure facilities, etc. With these projects being only the first few in the visions’ masterplan, we expect a strong and direct impact on the rise and boost of the construction and real estate industry in Kuwait.
